All basic schools to Re-open in january

After the long wait, the date for reopening of basic schools has finally been set. This was after the president of the republic Nana Addo Dunkwa Akuffo Addo's 21st address to the nation on COVID-19 and it's precautions taken to limit the spread of the deadly virus.
In the address, the first gentleman stated that all basic schools(from K.G to JHS both private and public will reopen in the 15th of January,2021 to continue academic work in line with precautionary measures.
He further indicated that,the government in collaboration with the Ministry of Education will ensure that all basic schools are fumigated and also ensure the provision of Personal Protection Equipments(PPE's) to all schools across the country.
The president however, further indicated that all tertiary education student are expected to report on campus on Saturday 9th January, 2021.
About senior high school, the president noted that all SHS 1and SHS 2 students will start classes on the 10th of March 2021 whiles SHS 2 students report on campus on 18th January 2021.
