NDC heads to court

The National Executive Committee of the opposition New Democratic Congress(NDC) have given the party the greenlight to proceed to lay their election results petition before the supreme court of Ghana.

The party after the just ended 2020 presidential and parliamentary elections lamented bitterly that there was chunk of irregularities and anomalies in the collation and counting of the election results which they described as incompetency on the part of the chairperson of the Electoral commission Madam Jean Mensa and her entourage and the opposition party was highly convinced that the commission formed an alliance with the ruling government to rigg the the elections in favour of the NPP.

The NDC is expected to kick start thier legal process today 29th December 2020.snippets of information gathered by Yaw Indomie news indicates that renowned and private legal practitioner Tsatau Tsimata will spearhead the legal team.
