Supreme Court clears Amewu

The Supreme Court of Ghana has has given John Peter Amewu the greenlight to be sworn in to represent the people of Hohoe constituency in the 8th of the 4th republic of Ghana.

Weeks earlier, an injunction was placed on his swearing in by Ho High court which was later quashed by the attorney general.

A five member panel of the supreme court has today 5th January, 2021 quashed the injunction and given the honourable energy minister the go ahead to be sworn in as member of parliament elect for the people of Hohoe constituency.

Chelsea Defender Fikayo Tomori Joins AC Milan On Loan

  24th January,2021                2:55pm Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori joined AC Milan  on loan for the rest of the season on Friday. Serie A leaders AC Milan are believed to have retained an option to buy Tomori for 25 million pounds (USD 34 million) when the loan expires at the end of the current campaign. Thiago Silva's move to Chelsea  in the close-season pushed Tomori down Frank Lampard's list of centre-backs. Chelsea Legend, Didier Drogba Divorces Wife After 20 Years Of Marriage.

  14th January,2021                            7:56pm Former Chelsea Footballer and Ivorian International Footballer, Didier Drogba has filled a divorce suit to terminate his marriage with his Malian wife Lalla Diakite. Announcing plans to divorce his wife he noted that he wants to confirm the speculation in the media that he and his wife have agreed to go their separate ways.  Although the Football icon and his wife have agreed to go separate ways he did not reveal the real reason behind their decision. “I am not used to discussing my private life, but due to speculation in the media today, I will confirm that unfortunately after 20 years together Lalla and I have made the difficult decision to go our separate ways.
